Dispatch & Delivery Times

• Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
• Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan's national holidays are processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days (no delivery on Sundays or national holidays).
• During peak shopping seasons, mega sale events, or for deliveries to remote villages, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Advance Payment

Orders above Rs. 10,000 require advance payment. Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you with the relevant account details for payment.

Delivery times for pre-order or customized products vary by item. Please contact us before ordering to confirm expected delivery timelines.

Special Delivery — Islamabad & Rawalpindi Only

Customers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi can request our special delivery service, which allows you to open and inspect your package before paying the courier. To request this, simply mention "special delivery" in the comments when placing your order.

This facility is available only in Islamabad and Rawalpindi — for all other cities, packages cannot be opened before payment. Beater.pk sells 100% original products only; if you have any doubts about a product's authenticity, please contact us before ordering, or check our customer reviews.

Order Confirmation

All orders placed are considered confirmed and will be shipped accordingly. We typically do not make a confirmation call unless our customer care team requires additional information.

We currently ship only within Pakistan.

Cancellation of Orders

Beater.pk reserves the right to cancel any order. Pre-paid orders that are cancelled will be refunded in full.

Orders may be cancelled for reasons including:

• The customer has placed fake orders in the past, or has refused Cash on Delivery orders without valid reason
• The customer has violated or misused our terms and conditions
• The ordered item was unavailable due to a stock discrepancy, or failed our quality control check
• The shipping address is incomplete or the contact number provided is incorrect
• The order originates from a village or remote area where Cash on Delivery orders have a high history of being fake or refused at the doorstep — in these cases, we may require advance or partial payment, and reserve the right to cancel if the customer declines
• Any other valid reason at our discretion

In all cancellation cases, any payment already made by the customer will be refunded — never withheld. Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 working days of cancellation. Refunds to debit or credit cards may take longer, depending on your bank's processing time.

We offer a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your bank account, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or another method of your choice. Please note: delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item first. Once your return is approved, simply place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method or via bank transfer. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to fully process and post the refund.
