Are the watches on Beater.pk 100% original?
Yes. Beater.pk deals exclusively in genuine, original watches sourced through verified and authorized channels. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit products.
How can I be sure a product is authentic before I buy?

Which brands does Beater.pk sell?
We currently offer Casio, Casio G-Shock, and Citizen watches, with more brands being added regularly.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your chosen watch to the cart, and check out through our secure payment process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), advance bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Qisstpay.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Advance payment is required for orders above Rs. 10,000. For eligible orders, our team will contact you with payment details after order confirmation. You can also choose to prepay any order to get 5% off plus free shipping.
Will I receive a confirmation call after placing my order?
Not usually. All orders are considered confirmed once placed, unless our customer care team needs additional information from you.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. 299 across Pakistan. Free shipping is available on prepaid orders.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days. During peak shopping seasons, mega sales, or for remote/village addresses, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on Sundays/national holidays, are shipped the next working day.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
No, we currently ship only within Pakistan.
Can I check my parcel before paying the courier?
This "Special Delivery" option is available only for customers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Mention "Special Delivery" in your order comments to request it. For all other cities, parcels cannot be opened before payment.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched via our Registered Courier Service, you'll receive tracking details to follow your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
What condition does my item need to be in to return it?
The item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at +92 325 3666652 or info@beater.pk to request a return. If approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Are shipping charges refunded if I return an item?
No, delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
What items can't be returned?
Perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, personal care items, hazardous materials, pre-order items, and sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 working days after your return is approved. Refunds to debit/credit cards may take longer depending on your bank.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at +92 325 3666652 or info@beater.pk so we can resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
Can Beater.pk cancel my order?
Yes, we reserve the right to cancel orders in certain cases — such as incomplete address details, suspected fake orders or stock issues. Any payment made will be fully refunded.
Will I get my money back if my order is cancelled?
Yes. Any amount paid is refunded within 2–5 working days of cancellation.
