How does the Bluetooth mobile link work on this watch?
Once the watch is linked to the CASIO WATCHES app, it connects automatically over Bluetooth. Time adjusts itself without you touching any buttons, settings can be changed from your phone, and you get access to approximately 300 world time cities plus distance correction using your smartphone GPS and a phone finder. Notifications for incoming calls, e-mails, new social media posts, calendar events and reminders are also pushed to the watch.
Can I wear it while swimming or in heavy rain?
The watch carries a 200-metre water resistance rating, so it is built to handle water exposure during regular activities. As a care habit, avoid pressing the buttons while the watch is submerged under water.
What exactly does the training function measure?
It uses an accelerometer to calculate distance, speed, pace and calories burnt, and displays these values on the training screen. You can record auto or manual lap times, switch on Auto Pause, set target alerts for time or calories burnt, and customise which values appear. Training data for up to 100 runs is stored, with up to 140 lap times per run. Your life log data shows daily step count and monthly running distance.
Do I need to charge this watch?
No charging is needed. The watch runs on a CR2032 battery with an approximate battery life of 2 years, and the Power Saving feature blanks the display for 3 hours every day to help conserve power.
How accurate is the timekeeping?
Accuracy is rated at ±15 seconds per month when the watch is running without the mobile link function. When connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth, the time is adjusted automatically.

Dispatch & Delivery Times
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are shipped the same day via registered courier service.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are processed and shipped on the next working day.
- Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 2–5 working days (no delivery on Sundays or national holidays).
- Islamabad and Rawalpindi: delivery within 24 hours, with open-parcel facility (see below).
- During peak shopping seasons, mega sale events, or for deliveries to remote villages, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
Payment Options

Order Confirmation
To protect our customers and prevent fake orders, our customer care team calls every order to confirm it before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable after placing your order. Orders are shipped only once confirmed, and orders we are unable to confirm may be put on hold or cancelled.

Cancellation of Orders
Beater.pk reserves the right to cancel any order. Pre-paid orders that are cancelled will be refunded in full. Orders may be cancelled for reasons including:
- The customer has placed fake orders in the past, or has refused Cash on Delivery orders without valid reason
- The customer has violated or misused our Terms & Conditions
- The ordered item was unavailable due to a stock discrepancy, or failed our quality control check
- The shipping address is incomplete or the contact number provided is incorrect
- The order comes from a village or remote area where Cash on Delivery orders have a high history of being fake or refused at the doorstep. In these cases we may require advance or partial payment, and reserve the right to cancel if the customer declines
- Any other valid reason at our discretion
In all cancellation cases, any payment already made is refunded, never withheld. Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 working days of cancellation; refunds to debit or credit cards may take longer depending on your bank.

Every watch from Beater.pk is brand new and 100% original. If something isn't right, we offer a 7-day return policy: you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or replacement.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your watch must be:
- Unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it
- Complete with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging, with all accessories, box and warranty card
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Call or WhatsApp us on +92 325 3666652, or email info@beater.pk with your order number and the reason for the return. If your request is approved, our customer support team will tell you how to send the parcel back.
Please do not send anything back without an approved return request, as unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your watch is defective, damaged or not the item you ordered, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Pre-order items, or products arranged specially on customer request
- Sale and clearance items (these still carry the brand warranty)

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different watch is to return your original item first. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you would like instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, or to your bank account, EasyPaisa or JazzCash. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Warranty
