Can I wear the GA-2300-1A while swimming?
Yes. The watch carries 200-meter water resistance, so swimming and regular water contact are within its rated capability. As with any watch, avoid using the buttons while underwater and keep the case back and crown area clean.
Will the resin band fit my wrist?
This model is listed with a compatible band size of 145 to 215 mm, which covers most adult wrist sizes. The resin band has an adjustable closure, so you can set it to the fit you prefer.
How often does the battery need changing?
The GA-2300-1A runs on two SR726W batteries with an approximate battery life of 3 years. Heavy use of the LED light and alarms may shorten that period slightly.
What does the hand shift feature do?
Because this is an analog-digital watch, the analog hands can momentarily move out of the way to give you an unobstructed view of the digital display, which is helpful when you are checking the date or using the stopwatch and timer.
How do I keep the mineral glass and resin case in good condition?
Wipe the glass and resin surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive polishes, and rinse off sand, salt or sweat with fresh water before drying, since the watch is rated to 200 meters.

- Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are shipped the same day via registered courier service.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are processed and shipped on the next working day.
- Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 2–5 working days (no delivery on Sundays or national holidays).
- Islamabad and Rawalpindi: delivery within 24 hours, with open-parcel facility (see below).
- During peak shopping seasons, mega sale events, or for deliveries to remote villages, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Cancellation of Orders
Beater.pk reserves the right to cancel any order. Pre-paid orders that are cancelled will be refunded in full. Orders may be cancelled for reasons including:
- The customer has placed fake orders in the past, or has refused Cash on Delivery orders without valid reason
- The customer has violated or misused our Terms & Conditions
- The ordered item was unavailable due to a stock discrepancy, or failed our quality control check
- The shipping address is incomplete or the contact number provided is incorrect
- The order comes from a village or remote area where Cash on Delivery orders have a high history of being fake or refused at the doorstep. In these cases we may require advance or partial payment, and reserve the right to cancel if the customer declines
- Any other valid reason at our discretion
In all cancellation cases, any payment already made is refunded, never withheld. Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 working days of cancellation; refunds to debit or credit cards may take longer depending on your bank.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your watch must be:
- Unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it
- Complete with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging, with all accessories, box and warranty card
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send anything back without an approved return request, as unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your watch is defective, damaged or not the item you ordered, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Pre-order items, or products arranged specially on customer request
- Sale and clearance items (these still carry the brand warranty)

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different watch is to return your original item first. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you would like instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, or to your bank account, EasyPaisa or JazzCash. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Warranty
