Special Delivery — Islamabad & Rawalpindi Only
Customers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi can request our special delivery service, which allows you to open and inspect your package before paying the courier. To request this, simply mention "special delivery" in the comments when placing your order.

Order Confirmation
All orders placed are considered confirmed and will be shipped accordingly. We typically do not make a confirmation call unless our customer care team requires additional information.

Cancellation of Orders
Beater.pk reserves the right to cancel any order. Pre-paid orders that are cancelled will be refunded in full.
Orders may be cancelled for reasons including:
- The customer has placed fake orders in the past, or has refused Cash on Delivery orders without valid reason
- The customer has violated or misused our terms and conditions
- The ordered item was unavailable due to a stock discrepancy, or failed our quality control check
- The shipping address is incomplete or the contact number provided is incorrect
- The order originates from a village or remote area where Cash on Delivery orders have a high history of being fake or refused at the doorstep — in these cases, we may require advance or partial payment, and reserve the right to cancel if the customer declines
- Any other valid reason at our discretion
In all cancellation cases, any payment already made by the customer will be refunded — never withheld. Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 working days of cancellation. Refunds to debit or credit cards may take longer, depending on your bank's processing time.
We offer a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your bank account, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or another method of your choice. Please note: delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
